Sharabi is a romantic comedy drama. The movie follows the story of a young man named Vicky (Amitabh Bachchan), the son of
a wealthy tycoon, Amarnath Kapoor (Pran). After the death of his wife, Amarnath gets devastated and gets too involved with
work that he nearly ignores his son’s upbringing. The constant negligence and uncaring attitude of his father spoils Vicky, who
heads down to the path of alcoholism and depression. That’s when he meets a club singer Meena (Jaya Prada) whom he falls in
love with after which he leaves his father’s house to reform himself. Will Amarnath ever realise his mistakes and make things
right for Vicky?
