Khuddar is an action romantic drama that revolves around an honest police officer named Siddhant Suri (Govinda), son of Shastri Suri (Shreeram Lagoo), a respected man. One of Shastri’s employees stands for election, but loses to a corrupt and greedy minister Adarsh Vardhan (Shakti Kapoor), who manages to win the election by hook or by crook. To humiliate Shastri and his family, Adarsh appoints Inspector Siddhant Suri as his bodyguard. Obligated by his job, Siddhant reluctantly agrees to it. This helps Siddhant to be close to Adarsh and spy on him and gather all the evidence against him, so that he could bring his real face in front of the public. Will Siddhant succeed in his mission or be caught in the act and end up in trouble?
