Humlaa is an action drama. Devkishan (Ashok Kumar) is a school teacher, who lives with his family consisting of his wife and two sons, Bhawaniprasad (Dharmendra) and Shivprasad (Anil Kapoor). Devkishan is an honest man of principles, so when he finds out that Bhawani has fallen in bad company, he asks him to leave the house. Later, when Shivprasad ‘Shiva’ tries to find the job to support the family, he finds out that Bhawani has become a big businessman and lives a wealthy lifestyle, and he welcomes Shiva with open arms. However, little does Shiva know that Bhawani is a smuggler and a wanted criminal. Will Shiva realize the truth and help Bhawani mend his ways?
